5. Renter Responsibilities

  1. Renter must possess a valid driver’s license and operate a tow vehicle rated for the trailer’s loaded weight.
  2. Renter shall not exceed the trailer’s Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or overload the trailer beyond its rated capacity.
  3. Renter shall load cargo securely and maintain proper tongue weight and balance.
  4. Renter agrees to use the trailer only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all traffic laws and regulations.

6. Damage & Liability

Renter assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of the trailer during the rental period, whether caused by Renter, Renter’s agents, or third parties. Normal wear and tear excepted. Renter shall carry liability and property damage insurance covering the trailer at actual cash value, naming Owner as additional insured where required.
