Annual billing - Save up to 20%
Every plan has an annual option that saves you up to 20% versus monthly. You pay once per year and your card is not touched again until renewal. You can switch from monthly to annual anytime under Settings > Billing - we prorate the switch automatically.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual (per mo) | You save |
|---|---|---|---|
| Launch | $30 | $25 | ~17% |
| Pro | $109 | $99 | ~9% |
| Advanced | $249 | $199 | ~20% |
The 30-day Pro trial
Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial of Pro. You add a card to start the trial, but you are not charged for 30 days - and you can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged. During the trial you get:
- Full access to Pro features, including Stripe test mode
- A countdown banner in the top bar
- A reminder email before the trial converts
When the trial ends, your subscription automatically continues on Pro and the card on file is charged - there is nothing you need to do to keep going. If you would rather not continue, you can:
- Cancel before the trial ends - you will not be charged, and your account drops to the Launch tier
- Upgrade to Advanced instead
Upgrading and downgrading
Go to Settings > Billing > Change plan. You will see a preview of the prorated charge or credit before you confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current period so you do not lose paid time.
Billing and receipts
All charges run through Stripe Billing. Invoices for your TrailerBase subscription are emailed to the billing contact on record and stored under Settings > Billing > Invoices. You can update your card, change the billing email, or download a W-9 from the same screen.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing > Cancel plan. Your subscription stays active through the end of the period you paid for. After that, the account drops to the Launch tier - you do not lose your data.
