Track tolls from every rental, automatically. Enroll each trailer once and TrailerBase syncs daily and bills renters on the completed invoice.
Enroll a trailer in toll tracking from the Tolls → Enrollments tab — the only prerequisite is a license plate and plate state on the trailer; no transponder needed.
Matched tolls bill back as line items on the renter's rental invoice, plus an optional admin fee. Tolls that arrive after a rental closes go on a follow-up invoice; tolls that cannot be matched wait in the review queue.
